EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: 2028 Dem Presidential Contender Andy Beshear Dodges Question About ICE Assistance In Kentucky

Kentucky Governor and 2028 presidential contender Andy Beshear responded to a query from Loomer Unleashed regarding whether the state of Kentucky would extend assistance to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) upon request. His response was notably noncommittal.

As he concluded his meetings at the National Governors Association Conference in Washington, D.C. on Friday, Loomer Unleashed inquired of Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear, “Will Kentucky provide assistance to ICE if requested?”

Governor Beshear addressed this query by stating, “I invite you to engage with our communications team. We are more than willing to discuss this matter in detail. We have addressed this question on multiple occasions. There are a variety of requests that may be made, and we are committed to taking each of them seriously.”

Governor Andy Beshear is regarded by many as a leading contender for the Democrat Party’s nomination for the 2028 presidential election. He is considered a frontrunner, given that in 2023, he successfully won reelection as a Democrat in Kentucky, a state in which President Trump defeated Kamala Harris by a significant margin of 64% to 33%.

Governor Beshear secured reelection by persuading the voters of Kentucky that he embodied a “moderate Democrat.” However, records from the state indicate that Beshear’s 2023 reelection campaign was not supported by moderate contributions. Notably, Jennifer and Jonathan Soros provided financial donations to Beshear’s campaign during this election cycle. Jonathan Soros is the son of George Soros and the brother of Alex Soros, with Jennifer Soros being Jonathan’s spouse. Recently, Alex Soros was appointed as the Chair of the Soros Open Society organization.

The Soros family is not the only significant Democratic powerbroker family that helped Andy Beshear’s reelection in 2023. Records from the state of Kentucky indicate that Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker made a donation to the Kentucky State Democratic Executive Committee in August 2023, a few months prior to Beshear’s election in November 2023. It is noteworthy that Governor Pritzker specified his position as the Governor of Illinois on the donation form for Beshear.

In October 2023, records from the Commonwealth of Kentucky indicate that the Kentucky Executive Democratic Committee provided financial support to Andy Beshear’s gubernatorial campaign amounting to $1,549,976.12. Additionally, these records reveal that following his victory in the November 2023 election, the Kentucky Executive Democratic Committee allocated an additional $824,685.77 to support Mr. Beshear.

The Pritzker family owns Hyatt Hotels, positioning J.B. Pritzker as the de facto welcoming committee for the 2024 Democratic National Convention.

As Governor, J.B. Pritzker has been a prominent opponent of President Trump’s policies, even incorrectly claiming that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raided an elementary school in Illinois. Pritzker recently referred to Trump as a “king,” stating on his official gubernatorial X account, “My oath is to the Constitution of our state and of our country. We do not have kings in America – and I do not intend to bend the knee to one. I am not speaking up in service to my ambitions, but in deference to my obligations.”

Andy Beasher’s interaction with Loomer Unleashed is revealing, as his inability to provide answers offers insights into the Democratic strategy for the 2026 and 2028 election cycles. It appears increasingly evident that the Left will endeavor to present their policies to American voters as “moderate,” while simultaneously concealing the absence of substantial policy proposals. Furthermore, it seems that Democrat politicians continue to receive support from the same far-left donors, complicating their claims of moderation.
