The Left’s coverup is getting desperate. Mike Nellis, who is the business partner of Judge Merchan’s daughter, Loren, at Authentic Campaigns, will avoid complying with the House Judiciary subpoena into Authentic Campaigns, a firm that “works” with top Democrats that includes Adam Schiff, Jon Tester, and what was the Biden Campaign. Nellis, who has admitted to suffering from mental health issues in the past, has yet to provide proof of the “threats” that he claims he and Authentic Campaign staffers are receiving. Sources have informed Loomer Unleashed that Authentic Campaigns is looking to hire Marc Elias, the Democrat lawyer who always seems to clean up the Left’s “problems.” Elias has represented Hillary Clinton and Black Lives Matter. The Left’s coverup gets even more extreme as Nellis issued his statement claiming he will not comply with the House GOP subpoena just one day before Judge Merchan extended the gag order against President Trump, which prevents Trump from speaking on Judge Merchan’s daughter’s firm Authentic Campaigns. It’s clear Democrats are determined to continue to weaponize the justice system against President Trump while desperately working to cover their tracks.
Mike Nellis announced he would not comply with a congressional subpoena into Authentic Campaigns, writing, “If the committee is genuinely interested in uncovering the truth, we encourage them to consider the facts, not the cherry-picked, manipulated, misrepresented information they have been parroting. They should focus their time on the real issues facing our nation. Our priority going forward is to protect our staff, ensure our client work continues uninterrupted, and stand firm in the face of these baseless accusations. We appreciate everyone’s support during this challenging time and are committed to staying strong as we navigate this together.”
Nellis claims he and Authentic Campaign staffers have received threats but have yet to provide evidence. Nellis himself has admitted he suffers from mental health issues.
Laura Loomer fired back at Nellis’ lame and arguably illegal reasoning for avoiding Congress, “Mike Nellis @MikeNellis, Loren Merchan’s business partner, is trying to use his mental illness and baseless accusations that his life is being threatened as a way to avoid turning over his records to the @JudiciaryGOP. He has admitted that he suffers from “IMPOSTER SYNDROME”. House GOP needs to seize all of @MikeNellis’s records. How can the American people trust the word of someone as troubled as Mike Nellis? He wants to push a sob story instead of complying with a records request and this is a prime example of emotional gaslighting. It’s disgusting. Mike Nellis should be arrested.”

Rumors are flying that Judge Merchan will attempt to jail President Trump on his sentencing scheduled for September 18th. However, Trump’s legal team has requested that Trump’s sentencing be pushed back until after the election.
It’s clear Democrats are determined to continue to weaponize the justice system against President Trump while desperately working to cover their tracks. In November, voters will choose between law and order or political lawlessness against the Left’s political opposition.
