On Wednesday night, Arizona United States Senate Candidate Kari Lake exposed her opponent Ruben Gallego’s open border policies and cartel ties. During the debate, Lake brought up the fact that Gallego worked with Border Czar Harris to tear open America’s border, resulting in fentanyl flowing across the border. Despite supporting Kamala Harris, Ruben Gallego has run from Loomered Unleashed’s questions to him about Border Czar Harris’s job evaluation. During the Senate debate, Lake also spoke on the fact that Ruben Gallego’s father is a convicted felon due to committing the crimes of smuggling drugs for the cartels. It was interesting that Gallego refused to respond to Lake after she spoke about his family’s cartel connections. It is also important to note that on Sunday, Gallego held a fundraiser with former Obama Attorney General Eric Holder and top Obama/Biden Advisor Susan Rice. During the Obama White House, Eric Holder, implemented the Fast and Furious policy, which sold AR-15’s to Mexican drug cartels. On Wednesday, it became clear to voters that Donald Trump and Kari Lake’s policies will secure the border while Kamala Harris and Ruben Gallego’s policies will not.
Ruben Gallego opened the Arizona Senate debate with lies, falsely telling voters that he is a “family man.” The reality is that Gallego left his wife, the current Mayor of Phoenix, Kate Gallego, when she was nine months pregnant to be with his D.C. lobbyist mistress.
In stark contrast, Kari Lake’s opening debate statements focused on Ruben Gallego’s failed border record, specifically his votes empowering Border Czar Harris. Lake said in her opening statements that Gallego “voted with radical Democrats in Washington D.C. to tear open our borders.”
As the debate continued, Ruben Gallego again lied to voters, falsely claiming to support President Trump’s border policies, saying, “A border wall is important to a security package.”
Kari Lake fired back at Gallego’s lies, referring to him as “Extreme Makeover” Ruben and then stating the fact that Gallego is against the border wall, saying, “I just jotted down Ruben’s exact quote; he called it the ‘dumb, stupid border wall.’”
Ruben Gallego, like Kamala Harris and other elected Democrats, is determined to hide his support from the Left’s open border policies from the American people. Gallego has run from Loomer Unleashed’s questioning to him about Border Czar Harris’s job evaluation.
During the Senate debate, Lake also spoke on the fact that Ruben Gallego’s father is a convicted felon due to committing the crimes of smuggling drugs for the cartels. Lake then tied Gallego’s cartel ties to the current fentanyl crisis, saying, “We are losing a generation of young people to fentanyl. And Ruben should know better. He could stop this. Instead, he’s making it so moms and dads out there are losing loved ones because of this modern-day WMD. His votes on the border have empowered the cartels and started the flood of this poison.”
It is important to note that on Sunday evening, Gallego held a fundraiser with former Obama Attorney General Eric Holder and top Obama/Biden Advisor Susan Rice. During his time as Obama’s AG, Holder embraced not only open borders but also implemented pro cartel policies via his Fast and Furious policy. Obama and Holder’s Fast and Furious policies sold AR-15s to Mexican drug cartels. Sadly, Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was murdered in 2010 by an AR-15 that was sold to his killer under Obama and Holder’s Fast and Furious policy.
As the border topic in the debate wrapped up, Kari Lake closed Gallego out on a strong note, saying, “Ruben Gallego voted with them (Harris-Biden) 100 percent of the time for an open border. We are not safe because of it. Fentanyl is falling into the hands of our young people.”
The Arizona United States Senate Debate made clear to voters that Ruben Gallego and Kamala Harris’s embrace of open border policies will only make America’s border crisis worse, while Kari Lake and Donald Trump will implement policies to solve America’s border crisis.
