President Trump made his triumphant return to Washington, D.C., on Wednesday. Trump’s first stop in D.C. was meeting House Republicans at the Capitol Hill Hyatt Regency. Elon Musk and Incoming Chief of Staff Susie Wiles joined President Trump at his meeting with House Republicans. Trump’s meeting with House Republicans seemed to have already set the MAGA agenda into motion as Speaker Johnson endorsed the Department of Government Efficiency, which also launched its X account on Wednesday. United States House Representative Matt Gaetz from the state of Florida was also named as President Trump’s selection for Attorney General of the United States a few hours after Trump departed his meeting with the House GOP. House Republicans will have around two weeks before President Trump’s Inauguration to pass sweeping legislation on taxes, border security, and government efficiency. House Republicans’ eagerness to get work on implementing the MAGA agenda is a good sign for the American people, who desperately crave new legislation that will cancel the current Harris-Biden policies.
Loomer Unleashed captured exclusive video of Elon Musk leaving the Capitol Hill Hyatt Regency following President Trump’s meeting with House GOP lawmakers.
President Trump’s closest advisors and staff joined him at his meeting with House Republicans. Critical staff members joining President Trump at his meeting included Incoming Chief of Staff Susie Wiles, who will become the first woman in history to assume the role of White House Chief of Staff.
Press from across the United States and the world reported outside as President Trump’s meeting with House Republicans took place. Security outside President Trump’s meeting was also tight, with helicopters flying overhead and road closures throughout D.C.

Trump’s meeting with House Republicans seemed to have already set the MAGA agenda into motion. Speaker Johnson endorsed the Department of Government Efficiency following President Trump’s meeting. Speaker Johnson wrote in an X post, “The federal government is bloated, inefficient, and incapable of reforming itself from within. President Trump is right – the size and scope of our federal government must drastically change, and he couldn’t have picked anyone else better or more well-equipped to lead this effort. @elonmusk and@VivekGRamaswamy, let’s make the government work for the American people again.”
The Department of Government Efficiency also launched its X account following President Trump’s meeting with the House GOP.
Another significant development that occurred involving House Republicans following President Trump’s meeting was Trump naming Florida House Republican Matt Gaetz as his Attorney General. Hours after leaving his meeting with House Republicans, President Trump posted to TruthSocial, “It is my Great Honor to announce that Congressman Matt Gaetz, of Florida, is hereby nominated to be The Attorney General of the United States. Matt is a deeply gifted and tenacious attorney, trained at the William & Mary College of Law, who has distinguished himself in Congress through his focus on achieving desperately needed reform at the Department of Justice. Few issues in America are more important than ending the partisan Weaponization of our Justice System. Matt will end Weaponized Government, protect our Borders, dismantle Criminal Organizations and restore Americans’ badly-shattered Faith and Confidence in the Justice Department. On the House Judiciary Committee, which performs oversight of DOJ, Matt played a key role in defeating the Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax, and exposing alarming and systemic Government Corruption and Weaponization. He is a Champion for the Constitution and the Rule of Law…”
With the American people in desperate need of legislative relief, it is a good sign that House Republicans seem eager and ready to implement President Trump’s MAGA agenda.
