Senate Democrat Leader Chuck Schumer and his Senate Democrats have been unleashing hypocrisy on the American people. Incoming Arizona Senator Ruben Gallego referred to Trump’s nomination of Matt Gaetz as Attorney General as “Questionable.” This is as Wisconsin Senator Tammy Baldwin questioned Matt Gaetz’s “ethics.” It is also important to note that Incoming Michigan Senator Elissa Slotkin stated she was worried that Trump’s nomination of Pete Hegseth as Defense Secretary would ” politicize” the military. Gallego, Baldwin, and Slotkin’s “criticisms” of Trump’s Attorney General and Defense Secretary nominees are quite hypocritical, considering that Gallego, Baldwin, and Slotkin could not answer a simple question on Kamala’s open borders. With the Attorney General and Defense Secretary playing critical roles in securing the border, how can Gallego, Baldwin, and Slotkin justifiably attack Trump’s nominees for those positions? Following the news on Wednesday of Jose Ibarra being found guilty of murdering Laken Riley, President Trump posted to TruthSocial his commitment to secure the border. Senate Democrats would be wise not to obstruct President Trump’s border security agenda.
Senators Ruben Gallego, Tammy Baldwin, and Elissa Slotkin have been attacking President Trump’s nominations for Attorney General and Defense Secretary, positions critical to America’s border security. Gallego referred to Trump’s nomination of Matt Gaetz as Attorney General as “questionable.” It’s ironic Ruben Gallego is attacking Trump’s AG nominee when Gallego had no issue with Kamala’s DOJ helping keep America’s borders open. Gallego ran after Loomer Unleashed asked him, “You support Kamala Harris, has she done a great job with Biden’s open borders?”
Senator Baldwin appeared on MSNBC just hours after President Trump nominated Matt Gaetz as his Attorney General. During her appearance, Baldwin demanded that she be granted access to a House Ethics report written on Gaetz by allies of Trump backstabber Kevin McCarthy.
Baldwin captioned her deranged appearance on MSNBC, “Look, if Rep. Matt Gaetz wants to serve as the highest law enforcement officer in the land, we need to vet him — that’s my job as Senator. And that includes seeing this House Ethics report on him. That’s exactly what I called for last night.”
Baldwin, like Gallego’s criticism of Gaetz, is hypocritical as well. Baldwin refused to answer our question on border security, “Do you support Border Czar Harris’s job with our Southern Border?”
Incoming Michigan Senator Elissa Slotkin attacked Trump’s nomination of Pete Hegseth as Defense Secretary, saying she was worried Hegseth would “politicize” the military. Slotkin, like Gallego and Baldwin, has no standing to criticize Trump’s Defense Secretary nominee, a position critical to securing the border, as Slotkin faked a phone call to refuse to answer our question, “Congresswoman, do you support Kamala Harris’s job as Biden’s border czar? Do you support Kamala Harris’s calls to abolish ICE, defund the police, legalize fentanyl?”
Following the news on Wednesday of Jose Ibarra being found guilty of murdering Laken Riley, President Trump posted to TruthSocial his commitment to secure the border, “JUSTICE FOR LAKEN RILEY! The Illegal who killed our beloved Laken Riley was just found GUILTY on all counts for his horrific crimes. Although the pain and heartbreak will last forever, hopefully this can help bring some peace and closure to her wonderful family who fought for Justice, and to ensure that other families don’t have to go through what they have. We love you, Laken, and our hearts will always be with you. It is time to secure our Border, and remove these criminals and thugs from our Country, so nothing like this can happen again!”
In the last election, the American people made clear that they desire a secure border. Senate Democrats who obstruct the American people’s wishes will be exposed as the hypocrites that they truly are.
