Wisconsin Senator Facing Insider Trading Allegations Lectures America On Matt Gaetz’s “Ethics”

Wisconsin United States Senator Tammy Baldwin loves embracing hypocrisy. On Wednesday night, after President Trump nominated Matt Gaetz to be his Attorney General, Senator Baldwin appeared on MSNBC and demanded to read the House Ethics report on Gaetz. It is important to note that the House Ethics report on Gaetz Baldwin demanded to see was written by supporters of Trump backstabber Kevin McCarthy. Many on Capitol Hill believe that McCarthy was using the House Ethics Committee to avenge Gaetz for ousting McCarthy as Speaker. Either way, it is hypocritical of Senator Baldwin to lecture America on Matt Gaetz’s “ethics” when Senator Baldwin refused to answer Loomer Unleashed’s question about sponsoring a bill that allowed her to share insider Wall Street information with her girlfriend. Senator Baldwin should ensure her ethics are aligned before attacking President Trump’s nominees.

Senator Baldwin appeared on MSNBC just hours after President Trump nominated Matt Gaetz as his Attorney General. During her appearance, Baldwin demanded that she be granted access to a House Ethics report written on Gaetz by allies of Trump backstabber Kevin McCarthy.

Baldwin captioned her deranged appearance on MSNBC, “Look, if Rep. Matt Gaetz wants to serve as the highest law enforcement officer in the land, we need to vet him — that’s my job as Senator. And that includes seeing this House Ethics report on him. That’s exactly what I called for last night.”

It is hypocritical of Senator Baldwin to lecture America on Matt Gaetz’s “ethics” when Senator Baldwin refused to answer Loomer Unleashed’s question, asking her, “Senator Baldwin, why did you sponsor a bill that allows you to share insider stock information with your Wall Street girlfriend and no one else? Would you like to comment?”

The bill Senator Baldwin is sponsoring, the Ban Congressional Stock Trading Act, bans United States House and Senate members from sharing insider stock information with their spouses. However, the rule would not apply to Senator Baldwin and her girlfriend, Maria Brisbane, who works for Morgan Stanley, because Baldwin and Brisbane are not married despite living together for years. It is ironic how Democrats push for marriage equality, but elected Democrats like Senator Baldwin have no interest in getting married for what seems to be because of obvious financial reasons.

Laura Loomer perfectly captioned Tammy Baldwin’s hypocrisy, “It’s really ironic that @tammybaldwin believes she can speak on ethics when she refused to answer @LoomerUnleashed @TheCharlesDowns’s question about her alleged insider trading with her Wall Street girlfriend.  It’s a shame all those 3 a.m. ghost voters love Tammy so much. She should have lost her election to @EricHovde. Maybe AG Gaetz @mattgaetz can look into Tammy’s insider trading and the mystery 3 a.m. voters in Wisconsin.”

Over the next few months, America is going to witness people like Tammy Baldwin, who will attack President Trump’s political nominations with false allegations when in fact, the reality is that the Democrat attacking Trump’s nominee is the one guilty of the allegations. The Democrats never fail to show the American people that they are indeed the party of hypocrisy.
